Baby Lizards

These baby lizards, a skink and an alligator lizard, were only about five inches long. As adults the skink can be nine inches long and the alligator sixteen inches long.

This is the skink when we found him in his hiding place.

Grub

We found this two inch long grub while planting prune trees on Maggie. I'd like to see what type of beetle it will turn into.

More Maggie

Pictures below here were taken in or near Wildcat Canyon on Maggie.

The first banana slug of the season. For his species he is small.
